Following the success of our Community coffee mornings, we have now extended our welcome to current and new guests:
Hearty food in a warm, friendly setting!
New extended hours for the lunches:
On alternate Thursdays we’re open TO EVERYONE from 9.30 – 1.15, offering hearty, warm lunches from 12 noon.
Our Thursday COMMUNITY Café regularly attracts 15-20 folk (of all faiths and none!) who enjoy meeting up throughout the year for a chat!
We are keenly aware of the need to support everyone during these hard times, when the cost of living seems to go up every week!
So, we are extending the normal 9.30 – noon Café opening hours to 9.30 – 1.15 pm on alternate Thursdays (to include a warm hearty lunch)
So now you can pop in at anytime during those hours: bring your paper, there will be magazines and games for adults as well as children, so grab a comfy chair and you can even have a cuppa ! Save on your bills at the same time! Donations welcome but not essential.
Box, Colerne and Rudloe LINK have kindly agreed to support this initiative, subject to driver availability, by offering transport to and from the Thursday Cafe. Contact them on 07970 617617
(You’ll also be welcome on a Monday between 10.30 – 12 noon: The Pencil Box adult colouring group will be working away and you could even join in if you wanted to….)
